Our Business Focus
Lagos Island have been strategically divided the into six business offices to enable effectively capture, grow and focus on all the viable micro businesses within our immediate location as well as other part within Lagos state in the next three to six months. 

In addition to the above, our business focus is derived from 
Millennium Development Goals (MDGs),Central Banks of Nigeria guidelines and other issues that could make us contribute our own quota to the economic growth of this nation without losing sight of being viable as a Micro Economic Unit that is operating in the country. Nevertheless, we will also help in addressing the following issues:

• To serve the huge unbanked market the exist
• Economic empowerment of the poor
• Employment generation & Poverty reduction
• Improving the food security
• All the above, with ultimate effect of increasing the velocity of money(Intermediating /Sustainable Economic Growth & Development)

In a nutshell, BMFB wants achieve the twin goals of

• Being economically viable by ensuring appropriate returns to all stakeholders and
• Also to socially contribute our own micro quota towards Macro goals of that which we have itemized above

Therefore, we have developed appropriate products that will meet the needs customers cum the delivery channel that will best suit and fit into their needs.

Though our focus is on the poor and down trodden masses, we will also not lose site of the middle level/ upper middle class that may want to deal with us on the liability side of the balance sheet side.

 
Target Market

As a first step, we will limit our operations to Lagos Island as stated above, such that we fully tap into all the potential of this area, capture all the viable businesses, assist them in managing their growth as well as capacity building on their part(appropriate training). We will specifically encourage dealing more with associations and cooperatives.
