• MR. OLALEKAN SAMODU KASALI- Chairman
  He is an Associate member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria and currently the MD/CEO of Broadview Mercantile & Trust Ltd. He holds a B.Sc degree in Geology from the University of Benin (1985), a postgraduate diploma (PGD) in Financial Management from the University of Ibadan (1997) and an MBA in Banking and Finance from the Olabisi Onabanjo University (2002). He started his career with Ideal Savings & Loans Limited as Head, Treasury & Investment (1993-1997) before joining Damibol Ventures Limited as Manager Strategies & Business Development (1997-1998). In 1998, he floated Broadview Mercantile & Trust Ltd where he is currently the Managing Director. He is versed, versatile with Capital & Money market products and has successfully raised funds through Commercial Papers and Bankers Acceptance for many blue chip companies and banks in Nigeria. He is married with Children



• MR. OBAFEMI OWOPETU- Managing Director
  He holds a degree in Economics from the Ondo State University (1988). He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Chartered Institute of Taxation and Chartered Institute of Pensioners. Between 1988 and 1993, he worked with three reputable Audit firms namely Adewuyi Brothers & Co. (Audit Trainee), Z. O. Ososanya & Co. (Audit Senior) and Coopers & Lybrand (Audit Supervisor). He started his banking career with Prudent Merchant Bank Plc (1993-1997) during which period he held varied responsibility positions and was head of Internal Audit, Domestic Operations & Financial Control and Operations and Information Unit. In 1997, he joined Access Bank Plc as Head, Financial Control and later became Manager, Commercial Banking II. He also worked with Omega Bank Plc as Head Treasury and Head Office Operations and later Globalcom Limited as a Northern Rollout Coordinator. Before joining Broadview Micro finance, he was Chief Operating Officer of Equideb Associates & Co- a technology and talent driven consultancy outfit in the financial sector. He has also been involving in lending and business Advisory services to Micro enterprises while he CEO of Equideb Associates. He has attended several local and international courses and seminars. He is married with children.



• OLAWOYIN A ABIDEEN-Head, Operations
  Mr Olawoyin A. Abideen an indigene of Ibadan, oyo state of Nigeria was born in 1969 and is married with lovely children. He had a brief work history at Government college, Ibadan as an account clerk after his higher school certificate examinations in 1985. He is an Associate member of “Chartered Institute of Bankers , a professional banker of repute and a pioneering auditor with Nineteen {19} years of banking experience with the defunct Habib Nigeria Bank Plc between 1988 and 2007 . Mr Olawoyin has worked in various departments such as International services, Corporate audit, Internal control Asset remedial, Risk asset management and Branch operations. He rose through the ranks and left Habib Bank as a senior banking officer. He has attended seminals/workshops on effective security documentation and loan recovery , interpretation of financial analysis , marketing/selling skills ,branch banking and domestic operation course to mention a few. Mr Olawoyin is a humble , amiable and kind hearted person who is always willing to help the needy. His hobby is playing table tennis.



• NWACHUKWU CHRISTOPHER IFEANYI {HEAD MARKETING/B.D.U}
  A native of Imo state, holds a bachelor degree in Soil Science (B.TECH) from Federal University Technology Owerri Imo state. He also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration {PGDM} from Bayero University Kano. He started his career with Metropolitan Bank Limited as Marketing & Credit officer in Oct 2003, due to his brilliant performance after 3 months he was transferred to Kano to help start up a new branch where he functioned as both Marketing officer / Relationship manager for 3 years. He also worked in Virgin Nigeria Airline as Ticketing Reservation Agent. He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Management, Nigeria Institute of Science Technology. He has undergone courses /training on the following; Banking Business & Operation by AGUSTO IBTC&CO, PHAREZ LTD, Superior Customer Care by HUMAN CAPACITY DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT, Professional marketing skills by DALE & PAKER, Time Management Personal Effectiveness by TOM ASSOCIATES. Exceptional Customer Service by VIRGIN NIGERIA AIRLINE.



• APATA OLUGBENGA MICHAEL- Head, Information Technology
  He holds a Higher National Diploma (H.N.D) in Computer Science, from Kwara State Polytechnic Ilorin. He has undergone various training in Computer Applications, such as Web Designing & Development/Programming and Software Application Development. He started his career with reputable Law firm Deji Sasegbon & Co., located at 203, Ikorodu Road, Obanikoro Lagos between 1999 and 2008. During this period he held responsibile position in Information Technology Department, as Senior Computer Analyst and Head of I.T in 2006. He later joined a Digital Solutions Systems Limited as Software Developer Manager. He is married with children.



• ADEMOLA,ISIAKA AJIBADE- HEAD COMPLIANCE
  He holds a Bachelor Degree in Management & Accounting (Second Class Upper Division) from the Obafemi Awolowo University,Ile-Ife,Osun State,Nigeria. He started his working career with the then NBM BANK LTD in year 2000 (now part of Sterling Bank in year 2006 after consolidation) in a financial control. He was deployed to branch operations in year 2002 as Head, Teller/Cash Officer, the post he held till April 2006. He left Sterling Bank for Century Microfinance Bank Ltd, Ikeja as the Head of Operations. He is happily married with children.



• ADEYEMI TIMOTHY OMOLOLU – HEAD OF FINANCIAL CONTROL
  Mr. Adeyemi, T.O.B begins his banking carrier in 1986 with the defunct National Bank Ltd where the rose through the ranks to the position of an Annex Branch Accountant. He read economics at the University of Port. Harcourt where he graduated with a second-class honuors (upper division) in 1997. He has attended quite a number of in-house training including Funds transfer, forex trading loan recovery etc. Mr. Adeyemi is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIBN) and Chartered Institute of Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is happily married.



• ERIAMIATOE MONDAY IRABOR – HEAD (ADMIN & HR)
  Was born in Boji-Boji, Owa, Agbor, Delta State in 1967. He holds a certificate in education, 1987, degree in education from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, 1994, degree in Accountancy from University of Lagos 2003, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Strategic Management from Institute of Strategic Management, Lagos, 2006, MBA in Financial Management from Strategic Business School, 2008. Doctoral Degree in Leadership and Corporate Governance and final stage in ICAN in view. He started working as a teacher for Fountain School and Pampers Private School, all in Surulere, as an Audit Assistance for Aguba & Co, group of Accountants, Apapa, Lagos, Company Accountant/operations Manager for Delma Pharmaceuticals producer of Zita products, 2000-2005, Finance/Admin Manager, Inter Designs Partnership Ltd from 2005-2009, June, 2009 and currently working for Broadview Microfinance bank Limited, as a Head: Human Resource Department. An Associate & full member of Institute of Strategic Business School, Agungi, Lekki-Epe Expressway, and finally, a Database Administrator and Oracle Financials from NIIT, 2007 TO 2008.
